Redscan is a UK-based cybersecurity services company specialising in ethical hacking and managed detection & response. With no active PR presence in 2017 and almost no media coverage, Redscan needed to increase its PR output to get noticed by the media, reach the top of Google’s search rankings and raise awareness among potential customers for its innovative cybersecurity services. Alongside wider SEO and marketing efforts, PR was seen as an essential requirement for realising the number of inbound requests it required to thrive in the ultra-competitive cybersecurity industry.
